    hard starting when warm

This may be a long post, but I want to get all the info I can to all.

I have a 2000 Pro Air nautique with Ford 351, fuel injected. I starts right up every time cold. But after it is warmed up, although it runs strong, it is hard starting when after i shut it down. I cranks, but sometome I have to wait for a long time before she fires. Once it does fire, runs great again. We have replaced the PCM computer, had the injectors tested, fuel pressure ok, new plugs and coil. yesterday, we went to check the timing. Got her started, checked timing. tehn when we went to recheck after making a small adjustemnt, no start, but we noticed the timing light wasn't lighting. evedently, no spark. Pulled a wire off a plug to see if there wqas spark. At first no, but then it sparked and the motor started. We are now thinking it must be ignition related. Any suggestions?? We have sent it to a couple of recommended repair shops. They all gave up, of course after accpeting our money. Could it be distributer? I heard some guys hear talking about bad grounds. We would really appreciate any suggestions you guuys have. Please!
