    Low Oil Pressure!!

I have an 03 SANTE and the last few times I took the boat out the Low Oil Pressure message flashes on the tach screen for a second or two then it goes away. Oil level is fine and the boat runs fine. It only does this when starting. Any ideas???
    Thanks

      RE: Low Oil Pressure!!

My 04 does the same thing, my 03 did it, I just ignore it. I've checked the oil/fluids in everything and it's fine. I change the oil regulary, any ideas?

        RE: Low Oil Pressure!!

I had a a lot of oil pressure warning issues on my 06 216 where i would get warnings and beeps constantly. I replaced the Oil Pressure Sender and the problem was resolved.

I changed the oil about 4 hrs ago (beginning of year) but it just started doing this. The oil pressure looks fine on the gauge. Also doesn't do it anyother time than starting

My 03 206 does the same thing, but only after it's hot. I have kept an eye on the oil level and pressure gauge and it seems that it is just giving a low oil pressure warning at startup for the second or two it takes the oil pressure to come up after start. I have not tried to replace the sensor to see if that fixes it.

When ever I change my oil on my land rover, when ever it starts up after I put in oil, the low oil pressure lights comes on for 2 secs. It was just take the oil pump 2sec or so to kick on. Prob not a big deal.
