    Make a short jumper wire with a 1/4 spade connector on each end. Unplug the fuel pump relay. Connect pin 30 and pin 87 pin the relay socket. This should cause the fuel pumps to run.

    Do not run the engine this way. Jumping the relay connection like this over rides every safety feature in the engines fuel system. Use this test only to verify that the fuel pumps work.

      Daniel,
      Given that I have 3.1V on each side of the 15amp breaker and at the relay connector, do you think it would actually run the pump?
      I assume that pump is looking for 12V.

      Due to time constraints, I've taken it to the dealer to debug.
      It hurt me to do that, but I just don't have the time.

      I'll update once I know the issue.
