We replaced the Port and Starboard factory board racks with Roswell Triton Strapless Board Rack and Roswell MAG Swivel. We also replaced the black sleeve and Nautique logo bolt so the complete board rack system would look new

Since we primarily surf we wanted to replace the factory Nautique Exhaust Flap with a Surf Pipe and a propeller that improved acceleration, speed holding pulling power, and fuel economy.

      Surf Pipe:
We chose to go with a custom made FAE (Fresh Air Exhaust) surf pipe and not with the Nautique surf pipe. We did this for a couple of reasons. Larry Mann (owner of FAE) was extremely helpful in modifying his standard Nautique Single Exhaust Surf Pipe to include exhaust flapper and remove their universal mounting with a flange mounting system. It turned out fantastic and would highly recommend the addition.

      Propeller:
With all the added 1480lbs from the WakeMAKERS Nautique Rear Factory Ballast Upgrade, we wanted to make sure we had a tuned propeller that would help with acceleration, speed holding pulling power, and fuel economy. We chose the ACME 1579 4 Blade Propeller.

The factory Nautique carpet kit for the SANTE was way too busy for us and I wanted to add some color to give the boat some pop. I chose to go with a SeaDek kit and not with a standard printed kit that you can pick up from Nautique Parts. Those kits never fit correctly and don’t give you nearly the options of creating your own. I went to LIVE2WAKE Northern California Certified Installer and the owner Jerry Williams and I created a completely custom SeaDek kit. Jerry scanned the boat and created a 54 piece layout (YES 54 pieces) and 7 matching pieces for the trailer. We went with a two-color layout of Dark Gray over Bimini Blue and laser-etched a Honeycomb pattern in the Dark Gray. The SeaDek blue matches the illumination on the stereo system and at sunset, the boat is absolutely stunning.

Awesome man. This is almost my exact boat and I’m about to start doing some similar upgrades. Have to do the upholstery and that’s not cheap as I’m replacing it all, bow to stern. Also doing seadek. I bought the standard FAE and wish I would’ve asked them about a flange mount option. Ugh.

If you don’t mind sharing, roughly how much did the audio upgrade cost you? I hate the clarion head unit, the bass is a little soft, and the Roswell tower speakers kinda suck. But I would guess you spent 5-6K installed?

Any pics of the surf wave? I have extra bags in the rear lockers but def not those 750lb beasts you’ve got. Final question, with the added 250lb of lead up front, how’s the ride when not surfing (no ballast in the back)?
