That looks pretty sweet. I am just using the suction cup mount on the outside of the surfside seat on our GS22. If we switch sides, I just take it off and resuction it onto the other side.

That looks interesting, my only concern is the rope grabbing it and knocking it into the drink?

We havent had the issue yet. I have foam floater on the camera encase it gets knocked off

Ok. I would check that the floatie will float the camera plus the weight of the suction mount.
