I have the GS20 with 650 bags from wake makers. Won't do 11....8-9mph is all I get.

Custom ordered a bag that fits under my front seats and one that fits between them thinking I needed more weight up front. Same issue. Even added 3 heavy bodies up front and still same issue.

I too have to drop to 80% almost exactly to get to 11mph.

I purchased the high elevation and heavy load prop, installed it 2 days ago but haven't put the boat back in the water yet.

Soon as I do ill fill it and let you know if it corrects the issue

i assume you have the ZR4?
what is your stock prop? If it is the 645, that IMO is useless for the boat.
    what props did you buy?
    I think you need a 1235. 14.5x14.25 .105 cup
you are at a pretty low elevation. lake tulloch? . when I tried my GS20 at Folsom, it was a completely different animal than what it was at Tahoe. I am surprised you are having issues down there.

on a side note, my GS22 has the H6. came with a 1235 prop stock. It had 0 problem getting up to speed with 8-10 people in the boat and full pro-ballast and 200# of lead at 6300ft elevation.

adding the wakemakers 800# bags and same scenario, I noticed a slight bit of struggle, but it still did it.

i switched to a 15x12 .105 cup prop. so increased the diameter 1/2" and dropped the pitch. Boat has no issues now. although I did lose a bit more than expected on the top end, and my rpms are a bit higher than I think I like. I think I dropped the pitch too much.

I know my motor is different, but I am also pushing more weight at high elevation.
I think the prop is your solution.

      Yes ZR4

      Yes 645

      I replaced it with 1619

With it being the 4th weekend our lake is beyond usable, its actually pretty dangerous. Mon-Tues ill put the boat in the water and see how it works

        New prop solved the problems.

Boat under full integrated ballasts, PLUS 650 in each rear, about 350 in the front plus 4 adults has no problems.

It actually pulls to 11mph in probably 5 seconds for surfing.

Same load on wake pro at 23mph probably takes 15 seconds. Seems to pull out very well then slow for a bit before grabbing well again. But considering what the old prop did this is night and day.

Lost about 7mph top end. Turning feels a bit different under full ballasts and at higher speeds, I would say not as good in those situations but better in anything in between.

But we only had it out for an hour so there's that.

Overall I'm very happy with results.
