Who Can Pick This Nautique From 1995

    Hi all,

Looking at buying this tub, she needs a bit of work by the sounds of it but I haven't sighted it and the owner only knows it as a Wakeboard Nautique, also the graphics kind of look original as who would put these on after market right ??

So is it the Sport Hull or the Ski Hull ?
Any suggestions in telling would be great.
    Thanks all !

That's the "ski" Nautique. Most of the closed bow boats are ski hulls, HOWEVER there are some Excel-Barefoot V drives that are closed bow.
That boat will throw a decent wakeboard wake with some weight in it, and of course will ski nicely.

I'm by know means an expert, but that hull looks identical to the '95 we used to have (minus the tower). All the Sport Nautiques, I know of, were open bow. Never seen a "wakeboard Nautique" graphic like that before?

Looks just like the 1995 Ski Nautique with some "wannt be something it's not" graphics and extra light blue stripe down the side.

That is definitely the "Body Glove" edition that Nautique produced in '96. A relatively rare boat from what I've seen. They have kept the graphic scheme and color identical but changed the lettering to say "Wakeboard Nautiques" instead of "Body Glove" and added a tower. No question though that this is the boat. And yes, it is a "Ski" hull.
How 'bout a little reverse action...

it is for sure a Ski Nautique, but squam, how are you positive its the body glove boat? it's got the same gel as that picture it looks like, but ehh,,, i dunno, looks like a 1996 color gel pattern... could be though.

I guess there is a very small chance that they re-did the gel but I find it unlikely since it's not really that sweet to begin with. If there were a better picture of the boat it would be easier to tell, the rub rail should be red in the center and the interior should have the body glove logo in it as well as matching colors. Both of these things could have bee re-done however so the best way to find out it with the HID. I have not seen any other Ski Nautique with this gel pattern however. Also, the handle on the transom only appeared from '94 - '96.

Take a closer look, Nate- definitely the Body Glove edition. Gotta be a 94-96 Ski Nautique based on the hull and windshield, but take a look at the gel pattern. Not only do the colors give it away, but no other Nautique had 3 gel stripes. The 95-96 Signatures had the larger stripes (but only 2 colors), and the rest of the 94-96 boats had the 2 diagonal gel stripes only.

It looks like a 94 or 95 Ski Nautique. But I doubt the tower is CC. It looks ALOT like a Samson Sports tower. ??

It's a 95 Ski. The 96 motor box is different. Check the motor, if it's not a GT-40 it could be a 94?

Hi all, here is a better pic

Ok so it's most likely a 95 Ski but here is another pic.
I was originally hoping it was a 95 Sport with some wierd graphics that didn't take off but guess not.

squam is right on... body glove 96 ski. should be gt-40. my cousin has one, great boat if you can stomach the colors. even the bimini and trailer looks identical to my cousins body glove. they even have some matching bikini and shorty wetsuits. also came with some sort of "mooring package" with matching bumpers that hooked to little stainless pop up thingies. this boat even looks like it has those between the tower mount and windshield. he got his from a dealer in L.A. area.

It looks like it shares the interior pattern and motor box of the signiture edition, just not the colors.
