I know....too early to start thinking about this, but has anyone heard any rumors about '08 line up changes or a potential new model.

From what I've heard....
Andy Mapple is sporting an 08 right now.
According to legend, the boat is a 196 with an open bow. New hull with just a dug out open front for same boat size overall and similar wake (cuz the 206 has a bigger slalom hump).
Also heard rumor of a "mini tower" type thing. Look at the current 206 on build a boat.Wisconsin Nautique Promo Team

I have heard that the crossover 236 is becoming a super air and they are redesigning the 236 so that it will be a crossover

The guy who does all of the photo work for Correct Craft lives on the same lake I do. The last two aftrenoons they have been doing photo shoots on the lakes of the 08's for the new brochures. The first afternoon they had a 196 and a 206. Yesterday they had the 206 and what looked like an SV211 Air. I am not a wake boarder so I am not well vesed on the wake board boats. The new graphics are awsome I tried to snap some photos. I was unable to get the 196 or 206 but I did get some of the SV211. I am new to this forum so as soon as I figure out how to post pictures I will do so.Comment

They've tried the 196 with open bow. Had one--a 1999 Snob. Too small in the bow and cabin. I much prefer the closed bow--lots of room. Hope CC doesn't mess with it. I'd prefer CC spend time making the 206 an even better slalom boat.Comment

I'm glad someone else asked! I hear the '08 210's seating arrangement is being tweaked, following some not-so-glowing feedback. Anyone got any info on this?
I also hear that Zero Off will be available, but haven't had any real positive feedback on this with respect to how suitable it is for wakeboarding (especially in a river with current)...Comment

When I was down at the Boarding School at the beginning of June, I commented to Shaun Murray how I didn't like the engine hump in the seating of the current 210....he nonchalantly said that you shouldn't expect to see it there next year. Also, he has used and was getting ready to get installed in his 236 the Zero Off system, which he loved.
