Hey y'all- I could use some help with my decision on upgrading to a Nautique. I currently have a 13 Malibu LSV and need something a little larger for the family. I am in Jax FL, and we are in the river and sometimes towards the intracoastal. I have some questions on if the upgrades are worth it.
I am looking at an 18 and 19 G25 with the 450 engine and one that is super charged. Those years are in my budget at moment.
1) while I would love the 550hp but is it worth and or does the 450 do the job with surfing etc?
2) Being in brackish water- do you see the coastal edition being fully needed? I flush and wash after every use, and it would be stored in dry storage covered.
3) Did you add PNP ballast bags since it is longer?
