How do they get their boat out of the water? The water looks like glass. Is there a 800hp engine on board with a cleaver or something?230 with ZR6 running on propane

They actually used a ramp system.........this was certainly pre safety days lol. It was a split ramp that allowed the prop and rudder to stay engaged as long as possible while the ramps thrusted the boat skyward.

Well that specific Sea Nautique was a 27 foot hull, the FN series was 23 feet. While I have not ridden behind either, we did have a slow day of fishing one weekend and decided to throw about 130 feet of rope out behind a 60' Viking and well we never did that again. Prop wash is absolute **** lol. You actually had to start off on the outside of the table, and God forbid you landed inside the wake, not to mention it used alot of fuel..........twin Mann V-12's at 1200 HP apiece.
