Hi all, I made a mistake in my build sheet. Just bought the pocket door to replace the slide in which came with the boat. Anyone could share feedback, orientations on how to install the pocket door in a G23 2023. Much appreciated

That part is molded in. I don't believe you can add this after the original build without grinding out all of that fiberglass/gel and refinishing it. Best of luck but i would suggest returning the pocket door and dealing with the slide in.

Agreed, you'll have to cut out the slots on either side of the walk-through to install the pocket door. There's the big slot on the starboard side for the mounting plate and hardware, and a small slot on the port side that the door nests into. Guessing it wouldn't be too hard if you're comfortable with this type of work. I can take pics from my G21 for you if that'd be helpful.
Not to hijack the thread, but Ive got an interesting pocket door issue myself. Just go the boat back from some warranty service, including a gel repair that necessitated removing the driver's side windshield. Well, now the pocket door only opens 3/4 of the way then makes a hard stop. Have tried wiggling it side to side and up and down, no luck. Sent a video to the dealer to diagnose and waiting to hear back. Was going to pull the 6 (or eight) screws from the mounting plate to check it out myself, but before I do that I'm wondering if anyone's ever run into an issue like this? Not sure what / where it could be catching inside the mechanism...
Thanks,

Solved it. The gel coat guys left a shim (4 taped-together popsicle sticks) inside the pocket door mechanism. Took off the mounting plate and it was sitting right there.
