Number of cleats on G 2021

Stupid question but wondering anyway...
The G 2021 buildsheet I got and the "design your nautique" website say that the G 2021 (both 23 and 25) have 6 cleats standard like my G23 2020, but the G23 2021 which I have tested had only 4 cleats (the middle one on the side of the boat was missing). Is it the same for all the new G 2021 you guys have already received or was it just an early model? Great wave by the way...really makes you think about upgrading. Cheers

I've looked at a few pictures and walk-through videos and I only see 4 cleats total. Those happen to also have the Phender Pro option. Maybe if you get Phender Pro...you only get 4...but if you option out...maybe they put on 6 cleats? Just guessing.

Mine only has 4 cleats. I have the Phender pro option as well though.

Also....on the printed options sheet I got from my dealer....on the Standard items at the top of the page..it says Cleats (6)..........

That most certainly is a misprint in the 2021 G literature carried over from 2020. The 2021 G and Paragon both only have 4 cleats. I do miss the middle cleats. And wish the rear cleat and fender mount were positioned closer to the stern, as it is possible to strike the stern against the dock if one is not careful. I use a larger fender in the stern to solve this problem.

Thank you all, I guess that I was just hoping that the new Gs were coming with 6 cleats if you didn’t add the Phender pro option, but It seems that it is not the case.
Someone should tell Nautique to update their DYN website and build sheets.Cheers and have a good Sunday,

On a boat that size you'd think those middle cleats would be considered mandatory. Wonder if you can get it as an option? I guess you could always add them later but geez.

They are located on the gunwhale which makes it harder for that 3rd one because of the windshield and tower. If you have a Phender Pro it’s not as big of a deal because you have 3 of those per side. Then you can just use the cleats to tie off.
