I did call customer care at Nautique and they responded fairly quickly. They contacted PCM and my dealership. I mentioned how PCM made it very clear they did not deal with individuals and the Nautique representative said they were trying to remedy this. Before he got to me my dealership had reached out. They said a fuse had partially blown or had blown, but also welded itself back together partially. I guess it was enough to complete an electrical circuit, but not enough for the boat to start. More Info to come, but this was much welcomed news. Not all parts have arrived for the side panels from my cup fire incident, but it sounds like the boat will be usable.
