I had my first barefoot run yesterday. Wow, it was awesome. I rode with 7 other guys with years of experience that were great coaches. By far, the biggest adrenaline rush of my life. My wife and kids were watching from our dock and that added to wow factor for me.
I used shoe skis before on a boom and long line, but nothing is better than your bare feet.
