no question on the dark grey. would be my first choice all day long. i did order the vertical board racks - they just don't change in the render model.
They will change in the render model....it's the last option under Flight Control Tower.
These boats look good fellas. I bought my first new boat last year. It’s a 19’ G21. I love it. It has the light grey sea deck too, darker would be much nicer to hide spots.
Out of curiosity what are you all paying out the door, reasonably equipped for the new G23? We started our family last year and we’re not ready to replace our boat but I saw the 2021 and wheels started turning.
My boat had a sticker price fully optioned of $226k. Discounts vary as far as I can tell from a range of 14% to 20% depending on a variety of factors including the local economy, personal relationship with the dealer, and the dealer's economic situation. I believe I ended up on the better end than some I've heard of, but I'm sure there are others that eclipsed my negotiating skills. As a total aside, my 2015 SAN 230 resold in 2 days which is incredibly telling about this summer's boat market.
I do... I've built 4 airplanes and 5 boats in an effort to stay sane. never learned to golf like my friends. I have taken the Pitts to airshows (Oshkosh, Sun 'n Fun, Copperstate) but as an exhibitor not a performer. Pic enclosed.
Lived on an airport in North Carolina. Owned a M20J there that my wife and I flew all over the east coast for a decade. Then the kids came and we switched to Nautiques....
Yeah...with the racks...for me...just personal preference on the looks and size. I don't like the HUGE clamping racks...and don't really have an issue with the bungee ones...as I have them on my 15 G21 also. I just like the cleaner look of the smaller racks.
Have you actually had the chance to use the new clamping racks? I couldnt imagine one not liking them. they are the best, any size board with no damage even your fragile surfers.

I mean I tried them at the boat show...and not saying they are not good, I just personally don't like the bulk sticking out from the tower at the angle they do. And I usually don't have more than two surfers out...so they will go up in the bimini pockets. I just like the slim/smaller design of the bungee ones. Beauty in the eye of the beholder....LOL

kenv- I very much respect this viewpoint; I would just posit that if you own any boards of consequence-you can’t put them up there. I won’t even carry my boards in the bungee-free racks without a knit cover... The sun jacks up these quality boards. All of this said, I truly am the anal-retentive idiot of this board....
