Nautique Releases G25 Paragon
Please do not PM me directly asking for advice on how to repair your boat. While I would love to help everyone, I simply do not have time to respond to all of the inquiries. Please post your questions on the forum, so that all of our members have a chance to answer.
I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina.
We specialize in Nautique and Correct Craft restorations, and also provide general service for Nautiques fifteen years old and older.
If we can be of service to you, please contact us anytime!

Guess this means we can eventually expect to see a P21 as well. Geez these new boat prices are getting ridiculous!Jason

Nautique needs to address what they say the G25 Paragon weighs. The web site says 7,400lbs, which is what the G23 Paragon weighs; I wrote this off to Nautique simply modifying the G23 Paragon site platform for the 25, but missing this stat. Then I saw Adam W. doing the traditional “walk around”, and he cites a 7,400lb. weight. Ray Charles could see that both of these boats do not weigh the same...

Maybe the G23 P weight will be revised....Originally posted by RDT-G23 View PostNautique needs to address what they say the G25 Paragon weighs. This too, is popycock. Again, they just need to address it.Originally posted by scttp View PostNautique website now says 7200 lbs dry weight on the g23p. 7400 for g25. Seems fishy since the difference on regular G23 v g25 is larger (5900 v 6400)

Being in Utah, I am suspecting that you are concerned with towing weight rather than being on a lift (I have seen 1 boat on a lift, at Wahweap marina, Lake Powell). It isn't expensive to tow it to the nearest truck stop with scales and weigh it. I would be curious to see this also.Originally posted by unclewade View PostAGREED! Anybody? Ray Charles - I laughed out loud at that! Yeah they are missing some details lately in media... On their FB site, they posted a bunch of pics of the Paragon and there are some seam imperfections in a few places.. Not terrible but for a 250K boat those seems better be on point... And at least proof the images before posting.. Beautiful boat none the less.Originally posted by RDT-G23 View PostNautique needs to address what they say the G25 Paragon weighs. I was told by a Nautique rep two weeks ago that the original P23 was heavier than the 25 that has just come out due to prototype parts on it creating a bunch of weight. They are lighter now, but a 200lb delta between the 23 and 25 is poppycock.

Odd that it would take Nautique so long to come out with the correct gross weights of two new model boats. Many customers or potential customers really want to know these weights for a variety of reasons from lift design to trailering.Originally posted by RDT-G23 View PostI was told by a Nautique rep two weeks ago that the original P23 was heavier than the 25 that has just come out due to prototype parts on it creating a bunch of weight.
