That seems very odd. I've had it happen once on my '18 G23. Completely turning the boat off and restarting it fixed it though.

Because of the spray it throws up, I stood on the platform at speed and felt them. They are definitely extended.

That doesn't sounds right at all. How do you know they're engaging?
Perhaps the dealer is mixing NSS up with NCRS?

NSS plates extended above 13 mph?
My 2020 GS24 extends both NSS surf plates 1" above 13 mph. Dealer says it's normal and that Nautique built it into the new software to add stability. Do any of you have experience with this on a 19-20 GS boat, specifically the GS24?
