Trading in GS20 and picking up G23, Insurance ?

I am trading in 17’ GS20 and taking home a new 18’ G23. What are you guys paying for insurance and through who? I am getting quotes now. I had GS20 insured through Global Marine Insurance and felt was fair ... who else should i be considering?

Thanks all. Will call ski safe to compare. Was quoted $1171 through GMIA who provided a Chubb quote (didnt realize a broker/agency)

Reading the hull damage exclusions, it includes “while towing any person” ... shall i read this to mean “towing” a wakeboarder or “towing” another boat?

Ski Safe at least $300 less. Now making sure I am comparing apples to apples (values, deductibles, yr round vs seasonal, etc). But at first blush ski safe better route. Thanks all! Pick up of new boat scheduled for Mar22

Yes that is why I went with Ski Safe as well. If there are months you don’t use your boat like me , Nov-March “lay up period” that will save you substantially as well . You are in Houston so probably not the case for you since you all can boat year round

LOL....everyone thinks we have it good in South Texas. Yeah....we can boat "year round"....but can't go in the water "Year round" We do have a "winter"...LOL. It was 80 Wednesday here in San Antonio...but...high of 40 for Monday. We've been doing this sheet since school started in September. Up...down...up...down. March 4th and it is going to be 40 for the high !!!!

In my neck of the woods, Progressive was just a little cheaper, but I didn't know about the PN discount.
