We had a discussion on this forum before: 210 vs GS20. If buying new, I absolutely agree with Jeff, GS22 all the way. Resale will be much better. I agree that the 230 will have better wakesurf wave, partially due to greater deadrise of the hull. If you like the 230, take advantage of the used marked. You could probably find a used g23 in your price range as well.

I ride with shockthis on Christina all the time. I can vouch for his boat being in great condition. He definitely has his 210 dialed, it is not a stock 210 wake by any means! The boat lives on a lift and looks new.

I've heard this discussion and for the life of me, cannot make any sense out of it. Why would you recommend any of the GS boats to someone who does not slalom? That's the entire point of the GS line. It's meant to be a crossover, like the SV-211 years ago.

I demoed a GS22 the other day. Love the layout of the boat and the looks. Best thing... demo the boats. We love our 210 and I've surfed a 230 which was even better than our 210.

Ok so you loved the layout and looks, It does look pretty sweet. I'm curious how about the surf wave on the gs22 compared to the 210 and 230

Are the 2014 230's the same hull all the way through 2017?

Just bought a gs22 a month ago and the surf wave is fantastic. I've never been able to surf so far back as I can with the gs22. Wakeboard wake is really good too and it handles like a sports car, really fun to drive. We are running stock ballasts with only 150lbs of lead in each rear corner and having surfed it with no lead as well we probably don't need it there but nice to have.

I'm left side surf, full ballasts (2250lbs) with the 150lbs lead each corner NSS 3 and NCRS 4. I weigh 209lbs . With no lead weights and only 2 other people in boat only change was NSS 4
