North Florida Winterization?

Hey, guys. We just moved to N. Florida this summer from Maryland (where we had to winterize about this time). Do I need to do any type of winterization down here or will it be OK though the North Florida winter?

If it is not being used you should really lay it up properly, if you will still get out every now and then I would simply drain it between uses, pretty easy to do on a closed cooling boat.
