Generally every wakeboat dealer with a service dept has a company they use to repair and rebalance damaged props. Contact your local dealer, expect 2 weeks time and $150.

Check the Nautiqueparts website for rebuilt ACME props by number.

Glad you posted this. I just bought a new boat and it reminded me to get a spare prop like everyone should have. Duh. I preach this all the time. Gotta listen to myself more... Haha

Murphy's prop shop in Norfolk VA does a great job. I've always used them in the past. My last prop (it was an upgraded OJ 4 blade for a heavily weighted XStar) cost me $137.50 to get refinished. And mine was so bad that after sending it to them I was afraid they were going to tell me it wasn't repairable! But they got it looking new again!
