What switch are your Tower Speaker LED Runway lights hooked up to?

I have a set of Roswell 7.0 Airborne HCLD tower speakers with the integrated runway lights. What switch are yours hooked up to (mine are not hooked up - yet)?

I believe the same switch as the interior courtesy lights.

Push and hold?

Put a volt meter across the tower light wires and turn some switches on and see which one gives you battery voltage on the wires. personally, I would like the tower lights on their own dedicated switch. 1) when I want mood lighting, I dont want a bunch of bright white courtesy lights on also. 2) Tower lights like these are typically in violation of most state's navigation rules. A dedicated switch allows for these lights to be turned off, leaving any other in-boat mood lighting to remain on.

No, they come on when the interior lights are turned on. Just one push of the button.

If you don't have the docking lights on your particular boat, I would wire your speaker lights into the press-and-hold side of the courtesy light switch. I often have the interior courtesy LED lights on while driving at night, since they give just enough interior light for passengers to see inside the boat, but not enough to distract the driver. If this was my boat, I would want the speaker lights to be able to be controlled separately from the courtesy lights. Using that single switch for both (via the quick press / press and hold functionality) is a great solution, assuming your boat does not have the docking lights using that switch already.

Guess it depends what year and model you are installing them in. Ours has a separate switch for the docking lights, 2013 210.

So it turns out they weren't hookup up! I have docking lights (push and hold of courtesy lights) so that switch position was out, but I don't have underwater lights, so that switch effectively did nothing. Found wires (light blue is + and black is ground) in back of boat and ran to starboard side tower harness (light blue is acc+ wire, black is common (ground)) and bam - lights that are separate from courtesy lights. Thanks for posts from several users above - Especially NautiqueJeff as I wouldn't have thought about separating from courtesy lights without your comment. Now...if I ever add underwater lights, I'll either have to do a separate switch for the speaker lights and use the dedicated dash underwater lights switch for, well, the underwater lights - or keep them together??
