I hear you guys on the fix, but with that damage he's at 800 I am guessing. That's more than the deductible on most policies. So to me easy opportunity for some pizazz to modernize the rig. Kind of boils down to what the OP likes though. With the factory cans and the full throttle package the Titan looks sweet.

There are a bunch of videos on youtube of people passing under low bridges etc and knocking things off or totally collaspsing their roofs. RV's knocking off their roof A/C units etc. Pretty darn funny when it's not happening to you of course. If I were you, I'd take whatever the insurance company gives you and upgrade to a two point tower. It'll be like shaving years off the age of your boat. My.02

I've gotten some leads on possible places to source a used tower, nothing looks too promising. I really like the look of the Titan, so keeping it would be preferred. Haven't done much checking on a local weld shop, but I will soon.
As far as appearance is concerned, I'd really need it to be "like factory" so if I can't get there with a shop I'll probably look into turning in a claim and going to a Roswell.
Although Paxdad your suggestion is very trick, custom almost. thanks for the laugh.19 SANTE 210

If there is no structural damage I have a relatively simple idea that could solve the cosmetic one.
I would fabricate an aluminum clamp (similar to the speakers ones but longer and flat on the top) that would cover all the damage area. Then the pilon & light can be attached to the clamp.

The Titan tower has a lot of fanboys out there. I am one of them. On the Malibu crew they get a lot of love, and anyone who finds a used one is considered extremely lucky. Several guys have searched high and low for them. If they were still made new, I would even consider buying a boat without it, and putting one on it. The tower is that solid, quiet and is pretty tall.
I couldn't figure out how in the heck it happened until I saw the other pictures. So you were pulling in forward and hit the tower, right?
To answer your question, I would get a shop to fix it, but it takes a skilled shop, not just some guy with a hacksaw and welder. You could have them cut out the middle section, and weld in a new segment. The welds could be hidden under the speaker clamps.

I'm also a fan of the Titan tower. IMHO moving to a newer Roswell doesn't seem like an upgrade. Ultimately I was not able to find a used/salvage one. Repair it is. She's lookin svelte right now.

Once the repair is complete please post some photos and provide details of how they repaired it. You have to love how easy it was to remove it. Speaker can had to be the hardest part.....2008 210 SANTE

Repairs are complete. In the end I decided to send it to Star one. I'm sure it would have been cheaper to find a local shop, but Scott did an amazing job. They rewired the tower, replaced the cracked spool and polished the whole thing. It looks new.
Welds were placed under the speaker mounts, but you really have to look to see them. the coupler fits perfectly.

Oh wow. I'm sorry for this whole ordeal.
I had an extra surf rack on my FCT1 tower. One of the things that fixed it in place was a screw with a point that tightened against the tower. I was careful to only tighten this by hand so it would only leave a pinpoint depression in the aluminum.
In storing it with 3 different Marinas, EVERY TIME it was put into (indoor) storage, the rack was hit with something and would spin around. This would badly score the tower. Every time I got it back, it was the same thing. I'd disassemble it and there were curled metal shavings inside the bracket. Only a couple times did I remember to back out that screw.2016 G21 SupeAir.

Thanks for sharing, did they end up "splicing" in a whole new section of tubing? If so, wow, that means they had to match the bend radius, oh just remembered they built them originally, but still nice work! And kudos to you for seeing through a proper repair! ($$$)
Enjoy!

Yes they cut out the old dented section and replaced it. Talking with Scott I felt he really "got it" and was really the only choice to repair it correctly. So that left my other option to make an insurance claim and replace it with a Roswell, at least for me.
That would have been less out of pocket but a lot more in total.
