Thank you all for the great information and pictures. I think I am going to add a FCT this summer. I like the idea for wakeboarding/kneeboarding and the help it provides skiers getting out of the water as some of my familly is learning. Also like the bimini that mounts to tower.

Do you purchase through CC dealer, what do they cost? Are FCT they all the same size, regardless of boat model?

I believe you can go through the dealer. They are not all the same size though.

An alternative to the FCT is newdimensiontowers.com's towers. These are replicas of FCT and are cheaper. The FCT is right at $2000. I can't remember for sure what the FCT is.

But then again if you want it all CC, go with the CC.

I just installed a FCT from New Diminsion Towers on a 99 Sport Nautique. It was about $900 less that the correct craft, but I installed myself. CC was $2500, some dealers add install (my dealer was $2500 included install)

I run an 02SN 196 with a tower, ( the yellow one in Hollywoods pictures is the very boat ) it was not what I was originally looking for but it was already fitted on the boat, so who was I to complain.
As it happens it has worked out well, I have taken a number of my daughters friends out and (as stated by other in earleir posts) it tends to 'lift' the rugrats out of the water rather than provide just a straight level plus you can make use of the back seat to get more of her friends onboard.
It has also given me something else to do once my arms are shot from slalom, I had a High pole for my 92 SN but that was hassle putting it up and taking it down each time, so didn't really bother. I would go with a tower if the cost is okay.
