Hoping someone can help me out. Is there some type of fuse or setting to get these to work? Neither of the USB or the 12V power plug in's work? My AUX jack does work though. boat is 2012 sport 200V with LINC

Yes. And I do have a iphone5. My sons Itouch version 5 doesnt work either? I'm still puzzled about the 12V power port though. I was thinking there may be a fuze because both of these two things supply power to charge? The radio just says no USB when plugged in. And there is no juice at the power ports. I don't know much about this kind of stuff.......Comment

Try an android phone or non apple usb device, most of the time the proprietary apple technology is genius, however is some instances it just doesn't play well with others. I will try that for the USB. It seems weird that the 12V outlet wont light the light on my plug though? I can see how the USB would be sensitive but not the power port. The USB in the radio compartment worked for about 10 minutes then stopped working altogether. Made like a skipping sound of the song that was playing like you would hear from a CD. The USB by the steering wheel has never worked.Comment

The usb by the steering wheel is just for Linc upgrades, it does not connect to the radio.Comment

No fix yet. Haven't had time to take it to the dealer. Going to try to get it in after the 4th. I have just been running with the AUX function. Will post here when I do.Comment

Are you using a cable made and manufactured by Apple? I bought some cheap ones which worked on the boat, then after a software upgrade they no longer worked. Apple is great but they want you to buy their products end to end or pay a license fee.2015 G23 550

Yep apple cord. Wont even connect my little shuffle. Won't charge anything in either of the 12V ports. Mine may be some wire disconnected......I hope!Comment

I've tried 3 different cables, including an Apple cable. Same problem with all 3, the head unit immediately shows that it's loading but then nothing happens and the system switches over to FM.Previously: 2015 SAN 210Comment

A little more info...I tried a flash: worked perfect. Then I tried an older iPod Touch, also worked perfect. Tried my iPhone 5 again......nope! Says it's loading but nothing happens, after about a minute, it goes to FM.Previously: 2015 SAN 210Comment

I hate to say this but my 5, 4, touch and new mini iPod all work.
Do you have the proper input set? I use both the box and dash usb and charge using bluetooth adapter and the 12v plug.2013 SANTE 210
