    What are they thinking?

Going through the options list for the 206:

bow speakers (N/A on the signature - you can get a stereo unless they changed something that I don't know about)

    206 & 196 - Teak Platform is an option.

All other models - NOT AVAILABLE

Why Not? Sounds crazy to me. And to top it off, Teak is an UP charge.

Can anyone confirm this: Is the 2005 gel pattern on the 196 the same cost or also an upcharge?

Just some of my random thoughts here.

    No Upcharge

    206 & 196 - Teak Platform is an option.

Fiber platform price built into boat. Teak is an option (not sure if it's extra just available to those that prefer it) Teak is kind of for tradionalist. Are wakeboard boat buyers tradionalist?

Bow speakers-they must figure SE buyers are trying to cut cost leaving no call for bow speakers on an SE. I wonder if you can order them anyway.

      RE: Teak

I know for a fact that the teak costs extra. Surprised to see that you can't get it on the other boats. Usually you can get anything for a price!

        RE: Teak

Last year wasn't the composite platform an UPgrade for the SE and LE models? What is this? This is proof that the teak platform is not more expensive than the composite this is BS. I'm trying to get my uncle to get a 196 SE BASE I'm talking base base as in maybe Pro Sport. He's old school and they're gonna make him pay extra to get a cheaper, classier, more original product that CC IS KNOWN FOR KEEPING! CC is all about class they're like the only company who's kept some history and they're about to lose another part of...

CC is getting carried away w/ keeping their base price down... this is a joke... wasn't there a similar issue to this last year w/ the wind block?

you could be right but volume wise teak may be more expensive because the demand is much less

Plus, just think of all the rain forests we're killing with our demand for teak.

Sounds like a rip off again to me....

I really don't understand why these large companies cannot make their pricing structure transparent or maybe this is this the Job of the dealer and its in their interest to confuse us all every year.
anyone got a RRP list or Know where i can get one.

              Thanks

              P
