G23 Accessory Indicator Light Blinking

Does anyone know what it means when the Accessory Indicator Light is Blinking after you enter your start code? I looked in the manual and couldn't find any information.

I usually hit stop, click the batteries off then back on again. Has only happened 2-3 times when I have been on the trailer and starting the lync system booting up. Never while starting the boat
