Moving the battery in an '84 2001 help

I'm strongly considering relocating the battery in my 2001 because I'm unable to find a battery with more than 625 cold cranking amps that will fit in the stock location. Where is the best place to relocate it to? Where can I get quality battery cables made to fit the new location?

Get a Group 65 battery. It'll fit in the stock box and will have a lot of CCA... the Walmart Everstart has ~800cca.

Thanks Benj, I'll see if they retail those in Canada.

Have you considered just adding a dual-battery switch and a 2nd just for some house loads? Put the 2nd battery in the spot where you had planned on moving the original to.
