and 18's on a tandem trailer......for 13, they would only put 18's on a triple axle trailer. I do like the new graphic and well, I just like that boat in general.

That is almost the exact boat I have on order... Change to black tower, black hull...and the black up front is metal flake.

New exhaust! Simple yet effective solution! Seems like that would be a simple swap for the older boats.

I expected something different with the exhaust, looks home made!! I could fabricate that in a day. Will be interested in how much they want for it..

The rumor is that it extends through the hull and replaces the muffler as a single unit (haven't seen that part inside the hull) which gives the added strength. It was the lack of strength that caused the FAEs to fail I believe

I really don't understand why FAE doesn't make theirs this way. No brackets to deal with. But yeah, just a few pieces of 4"-5" stainless and a welder. I like that it is simple and should be effective. Why over-complicate it with a bunch of junk that isn't really needed?

I don't know I just expected something more complex coming from Nautique. Its just looks like someone took some 3" SS and put it in a vice to make it narrower. It looks clean. I would just have a hard time paying 1000+ for it

The warranty coverage doing it through the dealer is worth the extra $ v. using an after market company. Especially if it is through hull fitting instead of a simple bolt on. I imagine FAE is not designed this way because of the complexity of design (FAE has you send your own measurements) and liability.

Darn that looks ugly. My third party Fresh Air Exhaust looks like a Porsche accessory compared to that. Did they use chimney piping? :-)

Maybe they should have done a "carbon fiber" thing, might have looked better. Keep in mind nobody is going to see it, that much.

this is true, but for a 150k boat I would think they would come up with something less home made..

                            Ordered 210 today .
Went with crush orange hull, side and top stripe. Then gun metal flake accent stripes, crush orange tower. Interior I went with silver cloud for heat.

I'm excited and will keep everyone posted. They said September
Nautique if your reading this I would be very happy if you could get this boat done so we can enjoy it this summer.

                            Thanks
