Inboard Trivia: What is the glaring design flaw of late model Malibu VTXs?

Is it that you can't fold the tower on your own? Or could it be that when you do fold the tower it rests on the driver seat and the dash? Not good!

Ya thats def a con with the 2 man req'd folding tower, but not a design flaw. They designed it like that.

I don't see the issue. There is room.

Just make it two seperate plates (one on top, one on bottom) that work on the same switch.

Using the wedge on the VTX... At 20mph it will porpose wildly... It's been doing it for years and they continue to sell it that way.

oooh, that sucks. Maybe they should put a smaller wedge on it because it is such a small boat.

I have a VTX and it doesn't porpose [sic] wildly. It really hasn't been an issue for me.
