220 with 1100 lb sac issues.

I'm not sure what the correct name for the plastic engine compartment dividers is but they slide down between the locker and the engine. When we have the sacs full the plastic dividers are bending and coming out of the track. I'm thinking about adding a peice of angle across them them to stiffen them or having some aluminum ones made. Anybody ever have this happen and had any good ideas to help with this problem?

Yes, I did the same thing to my 230. We just used some square tubing and bolted it to the existing frame. I will post some pics when I get in the boat.
