New Coversports cover

Has anyone had any problems with discoloration of the vinyl of their boats interior with these covers? How accurate have these covers been with aftermarket towers?

I have called cover sports dozens of times in the past month and no one will return my calls -- I was told by Brent's "workers" that he is on medical leave not feeling well -- but if you called Sunday night and he called you back - his medical leave is an obvious lie as well ---

Being that most are satisfied with their covers is a good thing, but the way they seem to do business is pathetic. It's going to ruin them.

If I dont get some satisfaction with my cover -- either my money back or a new cover or a serious fix to the existing one -- I will be happy to assist in spreading the word of their highly unacceptable practices.

I understand it's hard to start a business and manage it. But keeping people happy and quick replies are so important to the longevity of a small business.

How about just not ripping people off ?? When you build someone a product and it simply doesnt work (or in this case fit) - then have the decency to make them a new one that does work (fit) properly -- not just keep their money and say "sorry, we cant afford to eat the cost of making you a new one"......

You screwed it up, so fix it !!!!!!!! At least be man enough to return my emails and phone calls, Brent -- stop hiding behind your answering machine and emails.
