Sport 200 boom?

Any new Sport 200 owners out there put a boom on this thing yet? If so tower or pylon mount and pics would be great. Thanks

I'm not sure a pylon mount is possible....because of the small space between the tower and the windshield and the windshield wraps behind the pylon (design mistake).

If if does fit, tie the boom back to the tower with a rope so it doesn't release forward and crack the windshield.

So far the checking I have done, several companies maka boom they say will work with the pylon, but neither has actually installed one yet. I am concerned with the load put on the pylon plus the fact that you have the boom in the boat taking up space so i'm thinking about buying the tower mount

Is there a tower mount available? ..for that new goofy looking non traditional tower?

You might call Barefoot International. Seipel is good at coming up with booms for new boats quickly. Discuss with him. He normally answers the phone or will call you back quickly.
