I swear under today's conditions I would have been in and out of the hydro gate over and over again to steady the boat out. Not once today! Very happy with it!!! Was a little unnerving drilling the 1" hole in the boat but that went smooth. Very easy install.

Here is another Zero off question. I bought a new 2013 200V that has the zero off built into the sinc system and the additional 5" display to the right. When I use the ZO on the sinc system the boat surges, if I use the display it actually funtions properly - any thoughts as to why?Wisconsin

^^^ Might want to start a new thread.
Back on this thread topic. I am finally getting around to upgrading mine. I contacted my dealer and after they contacted Nautique they want $750 for parts plus install.
ZO is not budging on the price at all. Won't take the existing antenna as a discount (they sale it on their website still). They also said they don't accept units shipped in for upgrade and recommended I take it to my dealer..
Not the best experience.

It looks like i'll have to mount mine to the right of the old one. Is that where you mounted yours? Also, did I read your other post correctly and you plugged the old plugs from the box into the new harness.

Well $450 plus $50 in shipping and tax (why they charge tax for my state I don't know) and 17 days later my antenna arrived. Since the firmware is custom to the Zero Off head unit I emailed them a picture of my Head Unit with the S/N on it. They were pretty quick at sending the firmware back to me.
Since my dealer is the only one that had the cable to do the software upgrade, I decided just to let them take care of the install. This was my first real experience with them since I like to do things my self so I learn and I know it is right.
Drop the boat off and later in the day I get a call telling me they can't get the Zero Off to turn on. Not sure what happened but all of a sudden it doesn't work now. They cut the cable to the old antenna so I am not sure it is worth anything now...
Good news is I have a little coverage left on the boat and they are going to replace it. But I am out a week or more as my wife refuses to pull me with out it. Summer is short here.
$600 and four weeks and still waiting to get this problem solved.
Doing my best to keep this thread alive to remind everyone about this.

The problem with the dry suit is that it will still freeze at night, thus I need to winterize every night....

To get extra few weeks I run a couple two heaters each cheap. I run one of these on the block http://www.amazon.com/Kats-1153-Hand...c+block+heater
And I put one of these in the engine compartment

And I run then on different circuits so I don't have to worry about something flipping breaker and turning both off.
