I have Progressive with agreed value coverage. I pay a tick over $200/yr. for an 03 SAN. In fact, my premium went down this year by about $70. Never had to file a claim (big knock on wood) so I can't comment from that perspective.
Ski safe. I've never found anyone cheaper for nautiques

I use Boat U.S. Very easy, good coverage, helpful agents and decent pricing. I pay a little over $300/yr. for my '03 SANTE for agreed value coverage on the hull and trailer with a very low deductible and more than adequate liability coverage. Another bonus -- a real person actually answers the phone when you call and in all my inquiries so far, that same person has been able to answer all my questions. How novel! Definitely recommend checking them out...
Make sure the insurance company you choose understands you have a tow boat thay you might actually be skiing (wakeboarding) behind, and will cover the boat and liability if somebody other than the person holding the policy is behind the helm. Not everybody selling boat insurance allows this.
As always, remember insurance companies are not your friend. Their job is to get as much money out of you as they can, and give out as little as is possible back to their clients.
My home and auto agent is with Met Life and he put my boat with Progressive. I guess I really never shopped the premium since the annual cost is pretty low. I didn't press it, but I did inquire about agreed value coverage and I didn't get very far.
When I inquired about insurance several years ago, Progressive was one of the companies that wanted all the personal information, and driving records on all the drivers of my boat, for the insurance to be valid.
If you have Progressive, or any other insurance company, make sure you are covered with other drivers, besides yourself.
Boat US here. pay $225ish. just signed up with them, seem quality but who knows until the big day. Stated value policy, they didn't even get my drivers license number until after they had quoted, so they must not care about driving records. Had Ski safe before that.

I have Progressive...I think low 4 something for high 30's coverage. I'm also in a hurricane zone.
I asked or they asked about other drivers. They told me I didn't have to worry about anyone who drives the boat less than 12 times per year. If 12 or more, they needed to be on the policy. I don't know, what process that would be though. They may have checked my record....I can't remember.
SkiSafe. Have Nationwide for everything else, and had it for the Gekko. Doubled the value of the boat and changed to SkiSafe and didn't see much of a premium change.
Either Aon or Progessive. I think Progressive though. I think I'd be leary of any company that would provide insurance without a fair amount of personal information. That sounds like a company that plans to never pay out on a claim regardless of the claims validity.
Ski Safe here - $600 and change for $45,000 with their standard payouts for the policy.
Talked to Boat US a year ago and laughed when they said their coverage/cost was credit based.
