I am picking up a new 236 Team with FCT and I am trying figure out my options for a permantly installed over the tower bimini. Anyone have any ideas? The towerbimini is fine, but I was looking for something a little more solid. Thanks,

this may no help but i have the over the top tower bimini and i love it it is simple to roll up and it stays on the tower when folded and towing. Good luck in your search

Yeah, you can't beat the Z-5! I will not own a boat without one now. Once installed, you can just leave it alone. There is no need to take it down to trailer the boat. It is rock solid at highway speeds.

Well, Correct Craft just started offering them this year. I had a prototype model in 2008. That being the case, just about the only place you can get one is through your dealer.

The tower is more narrow, so I doubt it. It might be worth checking though.

i'll give cc a call tomorrow. the only thing i miss about my x2(mastercraft) is the bimini, trailer hook up, and board racks. i know innovation takes time but the canvas cc made in the past is sorry. my cover is so bogus it's not even funny. the new boats are so beautiful, all you guys that have them enjoy and take care of em

You could try a towerbimini.com over the top version. We got one for the same tower version that's on your boat. I can put a big ole tube up there, and we love the shade. It's about $700-1000 dependent on options, I think you'll find that the Z5's are quite $$$

Can somebody give me a price difference between a towerbimini over the tower and a z5 for the 236? I think the z-5 is the way to go, just trying to get a price difference. Thanks,

I paid 860 shipped for my over tower from tower biminis during the group buy this year they will bo it again next spring i'm sure. I got the aluminum piping with stainless quick disconnect ends that were extra.
