I tried several of your solutions, some stuff came off some didn't and probably never will. The interior already looks a lot better anyways and more importantly, the mold's proliferation has been stopped.

I would suggest that a few days in a good strong summer sun will bleach out a lot of what is left.

I guess a few days on the boat out in the sun is something I could endure!!!
