Anyone Hear The News About Jeff Husby At SECC???

Well, the news is that Jeff Husby a loyal employee of SECC has left his duties as of June 6th 2008. Rumor is that he has always wanted a buisness of his own . Also I hear that he took 2 of SECC's best mechanics with him and he is going to open a Mastercraft dealer??? Seems to me like ol" Jeff had this planned out pretty good. Well he was a great salesman and sold me all my boats. Good luck bossman!

That stinks for SECC. They seem to have lost a couple great people over the past few months, ie Joe "Mamma". I dropped in there about a month ago and heard Joe was gone. And that they cancelled the reunion for this year? Whats going on w/ SECC????? I heard some other rumors as well, but being only rumors I will keep them to myself for now.

Best of luck to Jeff. Im sure if he stars a MC dealer he will do very well.

Yeah, SECC is running around with there eyes closed right now, all the mechanics i have spoke with seem pretty pissed about Jeff leaving. But hey man, its his decision and more power to him

WOW!! :shock: My wife and I are close personal friends with Jeff, and Mama....and we didn't even know it. That's stinks for all involved. I've bought my last 3 196's from Jeff. If he took Jay, probably the best mechanic there, with him, that's another blow to SECC.

I was told by a long time employee there, with whom I'm also close, that the reunion this year is kaput because SECC, NOT CC, pays for the reunion's, and money is a little tight. As it is everywhere.
