Have you looked on Nautiqueparts.com? I got one for my 03 and really like the fit. I bought the Sundura version. It was already reinforced with a square of material to install the boat vents and support poles.

Still looking before i have one made or order new. Boat is in the garage but I'm going to bring it back to town in a few weeks to put the motor in so it will be in the driveway for about a month.

Maybe if you go through West Marine they will screw up and send you 2 like they did to my buddy. He tried to call and return the extra one and they said keep it. So I paid him half the price and we each got a cover for $250!
