This is the standard swing away jack that comes with Ramlin trailers. This came off the a 196 trailer. The jack is slightly damaged - it was not put in the upright position and was drug about 50 feet through grass to a launch ramp. The plastic wheel was cracked and the forks that hold wheel are bent to angle less than 45 degrees. Jack is otherwise in good condition and I think can be repaired easily using a vice.
