Does it come with the seat base/hinge section or is it just the cushions??

hinge, and fiberglass base are all part of the seat, yes. Ready to bolt in

Kwalker, I am interested in this seat for a project on my 94 sport nautique (get rid of gull wing base cushion that covers ski locker - can't open unless seat and base are lifted) . Can you take some measurements for me? Specifically I am looking for the length and widths of the top and bottom cushions to compare to mine. If they are close, I can use the base you have to mod/fabricate something.

overall it is 20" High from base to top of seatback. 28" across the top of seat back and 18" deep on the left side.

Your pretty close to Fenton aren't you... I have a good friend there, and I will be in Ohio this week.... Rats... Shipping would prob be expensive.... If there is someone else that needs it, they are more than welcome...I was just looking to make a dock project out if it....
