The Rope Winder is a powered rope wind/unwinding accessory.

I don't think it is a factory install option.

I suspect this boat has spent some time in saltwater. There is some "evidence" in my opinion. (legal disclaimer)

Also, what is that bruise near the bow eye?

Bruise near the bow eye is probably from rubbing the trailer bumper. I have had that problem on some of my Nautiques.

Close up pics of the trailer suggest it has been in saltwater. Oxidation on boardracks and rope winder appear to be saltish. Also, a Florida registered boat located in South Carolina...maybe a repo?

Ahhhhh, good catch on the cotter pin...I missed that one. This reminds me of the game in my daughter's Highlights magazine, "What is wrong with this picture?" where you find the shoe in the fireplace or the pencil in the candle stick holder.

I thought the same thing...and I'm sure that is why the seller rated it at a 9 instead of a 10. LOL
