ORLANDO, FL (September 15, 2026) - Nautique Boats hosted the Nautique Wakesurf Masters Championships and Nautique Wakeboard World Championships this past weekend at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia, where 284 professional and amateur athletes representing 23 countries competed for individual world championship honors and the 2026 Nautique Wake Series and Nautique Wakesurf Series titles.

With a rich history in towed watersports, Robin Lake provided the perfect setting for the culmination of the 2026 season and an opportunity for the world’s top wakeboard and wakesurf athletes to come together for one of the sport’s most anticipated weekends. Securing points throughout the season to win a Nautique Series title is one of the most prestigious accomplishments in competitive wakeboarding and wakesurfing, making the weekend a defining moment for athletes across both disciplines.

In Pro Men Surf, Team Nautique athlete Joey Harris delivered his signature explosive style behind the Super Air Nautique G23 Paragon, earning the World Championship victory with teammate Noah Flegel finishing second. Harris’ performance also secured him the 2026 Nautique Wakesurf Series title in Pro Men Surf, with Flegel finishing second overall.

“I had such an awesome time here at the Masters Wakesurf Championships,” said Team Nautique athlete Joey Harris. “Everyone was ripping out here, and I’m grateful to have gotten the win in the Pro Men Surf division. Also, I’m super stoked to take the W in Pro Men Surf for the 2026 Nautique Wakesurf Series! Huge thank you to Nautique Boats and the WWA for putting this event together! What a sick way to end the year and looking forward to the next.”

In Pro Women Surf and Pro Women Skim, Team Nautique athlete Bailey Dunn finished third in both divisions, earning enough points to be crowned the 2026 Nautique Wakesurf Series Champion in both divisions. The achievement marks Dunn’s third Nautique Wakesurf Series title in the Pro Women Skim division. Team Nautique teammate Jodi Grassman finished second overall in both divisions.

“It’s been an amazing year traveling to all the different Nautique events and meeting so many wonderful people along the way,” said Team Nautique athlete Bailey Dunn. “I’m always so impressed by the level of riding that happens behind the G23 Paragon. At the end of every day, I’m humbled by the talent, the people, and the experiences this sport continues to bring into my life. As this year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you to everyone involved, and, most importantly, to my family for continuing to support me.”

Flegel continued his dominant season in the Pro Men Foil divisions, taking the win in both Pro Men Foil and Pro Men Foil – Strapped. With these wins, Flegel remains undefeated since the inception of the Pro Men Foil divisions. During Pro Men Foil, Flegel also landed the first-ever strapless backflip in competition, marking another significant progression in the sport.

In Pro Women Wakeboard, Team Nautique athlete Zahra Kell earned third place behind the Super Air Nautique G23, accumulating enough points throughout the season to secure the 2026 Nautique Wake Series title in Pro Women Wakeboard despite a mid-season injury. The victory marks Kell’s fourth consecutive Nautique Wake Series title.

“Winning the Nautique Wake Series for the fourth year in a row is an absolute dream come true,” said Team Nautique athlete Zahra Kell. “Keeping your body at 100% all season without injury is not easy and I’m so stoked to make this happen! Thank you so much to Nautique and the WWA for amazing wakes and events!”

In the Pro Men Wakeboard division, Team Nautique athlete Cory Teunissen finished second overall in the 2026 Nautique Wake Series.

“As another remarkable season concludes, we are honored to celebrate the athletes shaping the future of wakeboarding and wakesurfing,” said Nautique President, Greg Meloon. “The level of competition continues to increase and the Super Air Nautique G23 and G23 Paragon provide the wakes and waves that allow athletes to push their riding further. Congratulations to all of this year’s champions and competitors.”

Official Correct Craft Press Release:
Orlando, FL (September 2, 2026) - Correct Craft is proud to celebrate Board Chair and former President and CEO Bill Yeargin, who today was announced as the 2026 inductee into the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Hall of Fame.

Bill joined Correct Craft as President and CEO in 2006 during a challenging period in the company’s history. Over the next two decades, he transformed Correct Craft from a single boat company into a family of businesses spanning boats, engines, watersports, technology and other marine-related segments.

During that time, Correct Craft expanded its manufacturing footprint across the United States, increased its international presence to more than 70 countries, invested heavily in innovation, and welcomed respected brands and businesses into the Correct Craft family.

As significant as that growth has been, Bill has always believed a company should be measured by more than its financial results. One of his most lasting contributions is the culture he helped build around Correct Craft’s why of “Making Life Better.” Under Bill’s leadership, that why became part of how the company approaches its employees, customers, communities and business decisions. He consistently challenged the organization to pursue performance while also caring for people.

“Bill understood that lasting success is built by investing in people, staying true to our values and having the courage to pursue a bigger vision,” said Zach Hutcheson, CEO of Correct Craft. “His leadership helped shape the company Correct Craft is today, and his impact will continue to guide us for years to come.”

Bill also made leadership development a priority throughout his tenure as CEO. He invested personally in people, encouraged continuous learning, and created opportunities for leaders to take on greater responsibility. As a result, Correct Craft has developed a strong bench of leaders, and the impact of that commitment has extended far beyond the company itself.

His influence extended across the recreational boating industry. Through decades of service, advocacy, and leadership, Bill consistently encouraged Correct Craft and its people to support the broader marine community, setting the example through his own actions.

He served in numerous leadership roles across the industry, including as chair of the NMMA Board of Directors, and represented American manufacturing at the national level through advisory positions under multiple presidential administrations.

In April 2026, Bill transitioned from President and CEO to Chair of Correct Craft’s Board of Directors, continuing his involvement with the company while beginning a new chapter in his career.

“The NMMA Hall of Fame is the highest honor our industry can give, and it is incredibly well deserved,” said Zach. “We are proud of what Bill has accomplished, but even more proud of the way he has done it. He has made Correct Craft, our industry and countless people better along the way.”

Bill will officially receive the 2026 NMMA Hall of Fame Award during the IBEX Industry Breakfast on October 6 in Tampa, Florida.

The entire Correct Craft family congratulates Bill, on this well-deserved recognition.
ORLANDO, FL (September 1, 2026) - The 24th annual California ProAm delivered a weekend of exceptional performances on Shortline Lake in Elk Grove, California, as the third stop of the inaugural Nautique Water Ski World Series built on its momentum with record-setting performances, closely contested battles, and a historic Pro Men Trick podium.

Team Nautique athlete Regina Jaquess (USA) continued her dominant run through the Nautique Water Ski World Series, claiming her third consecutive victory in Pro Women Slalom. Jaquess has now won all three Pro Women Slalom events in the series and sits atop the standings with a perfect 300 points.

Jaquess set the tone for the weekend during the qualifying round, skiing 4 @ 41 off (10.25m) – just a half buoy shy of the current World Record – while setting a new course record at Shortline Lake.

“I’m so excited to take my 11th win at the California ProAm and third consecutive win of the Nautique Water Ski World Series!” said Team Nautique athlete Regina Jaquess. “Each stop I have been able to get farther down the line at 41! I took a course record for the site and was close to breaking the world record with a score of 4 @ 41! Thank you Nautique Boats for such an amazing series and a boat that is getting me closer to that six ball at 41!”

17-year-old Cristhiana De Osma (PER) delivered an impressive performance of her own, finishing second in Pro Women Slalom with 4 @ 39.5 off (10.75m). This established both a new Pro and U21 Peruvian National Record, highlighting the depth of talent emerging in the sport.

In Open Women Trick, Team Nautique athlete Erika Lang (USA) took the top spot on the podium with an impressive 10,980 points in the final round, while fellow Team Nautique athlete Neilly Ross (CAN) finished second with 10,610 points. The result continues an exciting battle between Lang and Ross at the top of the Nautique Water Ski World Series standings. Ross currently leads the division with 270 points, just 10 points ahead of Lang, who has 260 points.

“I am so happy to have taken the win at the California Pro Am,” said Team Nautique athlete Erika Lang. “The site is absolutely beautiful and the wakes of the Ski Nautique provided consistent conditions all weekend long, allowing me to execute my tricks to my full ability.”

The Pro Men Trick division delivered one of the most historic moments of the weekend. Martin Labra (CHI) scored 12,940 points in both the second qualifying round and the final, establishing a pending Chilean National Record. His performance also earned him a spot in the prestigious Nautique Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament.

Adding to the significance of the result, all three athletes on the Pro Men Trick podium scored more than 12,900 points in the final – marking the highest-scoring podium finish in the history of the sport. The unprecedented result is a testament to the level of competition emerging throughout the inaugural Nautique Water Ski World Series and the unmatched performance of the Ski Nautique, which enables athletes to maximize every pass and perform at a level unlike anything seen before.

The California ProAm also showcased impressive performances across the Senior divisions. A special congratulations goes to tournament host Greg Badal, who claimed the Senior Men Slalom title with 3.5 @ 39.5 off (10.75m).

“The California ProAm has been a staple event in the waterski community for 24 years,” said Nautique President, Greg Meloon. “We are thrilled to include this storied event in the debut season of the Nautique Waterski World Series.”
ORLANDO, FL (August 25, 2026) - Just two months after setting the Open Women Trick World Record with 11,560 points at the Sunset Cup in Groveland, Florida, Team Nautique athlete Erika Lang made history once again, setting a new Open Women Trick World Record of 11,710 points at the first stop of the inaugural Nautique Water Ski World Series – the Botaski ProAm presented by GM Marine. Officially approved by the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF), this record marks the ninth World Record of Erika’s career.

“I am so excited to have broken another World Record,” said Team Nautique athlete Erika Lang. “I had just found out that my previous World Record had been approved, so I was feeling confident heading into the event. The Ski Nautique has been a key factor in helping me achieve my success, allowing me to trick faster and complete more tricks within the time limit than ever before. I’m excited for the rest of the Nautique Water Ski World Series and to see how much further I can push my score.”

With two stops complete and three still to come, Erika currently sits third in the Nautique Water Ski World Series standings, just behind fellow Team Nautique athletes Neilly Ross and Anna Hunter. With these three elite athletes continuing to battle for the top spot, the remainder of the season promises plenty of high scores and record-breaking performances behind the Ski Nautique.

“Erika’s performance is a reflection of the exceptional talent competing in the Nautique Water Ski World Series,” said Nautique President, Greg Meloon. “We’ve witnessed history at each stop of the inaugural series, and as we look ahead to the California ProAm Tournament, we have high expectations of record setting performances on the water.”
