a friend bought a brand new moomba last week so..... i got my first ride in at lake keowee today and man was that water cold.it was in the low 70's ,windy and i bet the water wasn't much above 60 or so. no suits,no heater,yeah we were miserable at first and second guessing our last minute"hey lets go to the lake today " idea,but... after some serious shrinkage it sure did feel good to be out there again,plus we pretty much had the lake to ourselves.plus at this point anythings gonna feel good after this weekend...yep its gonna be good season this year.
