Fuse problem maybe??

My back compartments on the sides of my engine of the my new 210 won't open for some reason. Could it be blown fuse? How the **** do you change those fuses anyways... New boat, still figuring it out. Thanks..

do they make a pop noise? If they don't they probably don't have good contact on the back side of them. Do any of them work? You also have to have the ignition keyed up.
