I should add that my new 206 will be coming through Go Boating in Geelong not the Aussie Distributor as was mistakenly posted previously.

What year was the pictured boat? I just ordered a 2007 206 (upgrade from a 2000 Sport) and had some substantial tower issues. In 6-8" chop or crossing wakes the tower would shake violently. The vibration would then transfer into the gunwale. CC has the boat back in FLA and they are evaluating the issue. How is/was your tower on this boat?

H2O,

Wow, that is crazy about your tower. We have an 05' 206 w/factory tower and have never experienced anything even close too shaking as you described, would be interested in what CC determines was the cause of that issue.

It has been a little disappointing to say the least, but they seem to be committed to finding a resolution which is all I can ask for. Mistakes can and will happen and all you can do is ask that the manufacturer will step up and make things right. So far I think were on the right track, but I haven’t heard the cause of the problem as of yet. Thanks for your feed back.
