Barren River Lake Kentucky

Anyone have any information on the boating experience at Barren River Lake in Kentucky?

I'm going to be moving to Bowling Green, KY. Curious if most people stay in the area at Barren or if they always venture out to other lakes. Also, what's the closest Nautique dealer to Bowling Green?

I'm about an hour south of Barren River but don't know anything about it. I would like some feed back also. I think there is a dealer in Somerset, KY on Lake Cumberland if I remember correctly. Also one in Hendersonville, TN. Dale Holllow and Lake Cumberland are great lakes and not too far. Bowling Green also got a great skatepark recently.
