Resize those things man, I'm seeing them fine from the thumbnail size, no reason they have to be 700 KB a piece!

Sorry Hollywood! Do forgive ........
Thanks for making them more appropriate, Jeff -

I forgive, you can always email me pics and I'll crop/resize accordingly if you need help. Jeff shouldn't have to do all the work. Also, I don't know much about bandwidth, but I think huge attached files is bad.

Thanks! - What size should I shoot for (I think I can do it here - should be "quality time" with my computer!)

You're correct, Hollywood. We haven't put a file size restriction in place yet since we are still well within our bandwidth limits. That will be implemented once we start getting close.

50 kb should be enough for regular pictures, but I suppose you could go up to 100 kb for larger pictures of whole boats or whatever. Oh, and huge attached files ARE bad, not is. I hate making grammar mistakes.

Very Nice!! - Is it on the tow vehicle?

Yep, it's on my truck. I don't think in Ohio they allow personalized plates on trailers. Regardless, I figure I might as well advertise on the vehicle since it's out more frequently than the boat itself. :)

Varies by State and plate type - some as few as 5, 7 max in Virginia..... check with your DMV - some have online personal plate pages.......

SANfan, looks like you one-upped me! Unfortunately, SUPERAIR won't fit on Ohio plates.

The number of letters you can fit on plates also vary depending on which letters/numbers you choose (at least in Ohio they do). You can use more letters if they aren't wide (like an I) versus wider characters like W's or M's.

I wan't to see if "NAUTIQUE" will fit on the car and "AIR 216" will fit on the trailer... Theres only been one time where I've seen 8 letters on a plate, and this was in NY.... However one of those is bound to be taken by Mid-Atlantic in upstate NY.

I saw a NY Plate "NAUTIQUE" at Harbor Lights Marina (Former CC Dealer) at Keuka Lake in Upstate NY...... but that was about '90-'91.

Yes, they do allow personalized plates on trailers in Ohio. I have "02SNCB". My suburban has "NATIQUE". I'll post photos when I get a chance.
