I apologize for the poor quality pics - they're from my camera phone. Will upload better quality pics in the next week....

Unique color combo. I haven't seen those two colors together for a long time. Looks great!

surfsup, I can't tell, is that the fusion green or the yellow? Looks like a little bit of both in your second pic so I just wanna make sure...
Also... love the blue! Looks great! Esp. with the matching trailor!
Congratulations on your new 211!

That's definitely yellow for all the color blind folk on here. Last time I saw that color combo was on a St. Louis hockey jersey. It works.

Hi surfsup & other 211 owners,
I'm thinking about getting a 211, and am especially interested in how its slalom wake compares with a 206 or 216. Is there a particular speed or line length when the wake especially smoothens out? Any pics or info that can help with this question are appreciated!
Thx,

jangjou, If your still thinking about getting one for this season, I hate to say it but I think your times up.... From what I hear, the slalom wake should be just as good if not better than the 216 at most speeds until you get to about 30/32 mph. At that speed, the 216 should have a better wake than the 211 just due to the design of the boat.

The hull is Vapor Blue with a Thermal stripe. I wouldn't have picked these colors myself (the wife did and ya gotta keep her happy) - but they look pretty good together. The boat definitely stands out when it's on the water. I'll try to get some pics of the wake this weekend. With only the factory ballast, I'd say it's between 22-26 inches at 20mph. At slalom speeds it looks pretty respectable. Also - you absoutely need to engage the Hydrogate at speeds above 28mph otherwise the boat starts to porpoise badly....

I posted some pics of the wakes off of my 211 on a thread here. I will bring it back up top so it will be easy to find.

I have my 211 at WOT with the gate in both positions and have not had any problem with the boat porpoiseing at all.

That doesn't sound right. You might want to look into that further.

Might be the way the boat is loaded. I know with my SANTE that if loaded just right or wrong it will porpoise really bad at 35 and above.

I'll definitely need to vary the loading to some...
