Nice tub! Totally envious!
Have you owned a 210 before? If so, how would you rate the new one compared to the old one? I'm thinking of changing from an 0'04 210 SANTE, but there ain't no new ones here to trial, and all the photo's I've seen don't give me quite the info I'm after...

It seems you yanks are very against the idea of roller trailers... Curious as to why... As a dealer we are getting boats on and off trailers all the time and the roller option makes it so easy, especially when there are some really shallow & dodgy ramps in different areas we test drive...
And on the wheels - they are basic steel rims with truck tyres... personally I don't like em, but thats why we put nice ones on there, no point paying for something that only looks marginally better & personally I really dislike the polished steel rims that I see on most Americvan trailers but thats just me... In any Case I think Para is getting his personal choice of rims put on which beats the heck out of paying for something someone else choose anyway.
I love this boat, especially the interior, even though it will get hotter than white, it looks so nice contrast with the white gelcoat in the boat. We are hoping to get the boat up to PARA asap so he can start enjoying it... Was great to have you down on the weekend to Stu, really appreciate your help on Sunday!
Cheers
Steve

I may stand corrected, but I was under the impression that CC had no part in the trailers. I was told the dealer had to spec the trailer.

I really like the roller trailers. The navy blue hull on my boat gets scuffed up by my dorsey trailer - seems like the roller trailer would take care of that problem. I agree about the wheels though - but...it's still just a trailer. The grey interior looks great - I'm not sure I've ever really seen that option selected before. It looks like you opted for the "jump seat" also - let us know how that works out with the new seating option. Seems like it would be unneccesary now.

trailers are a dealer thing. Most of Austrailas wake boats are on these (easytow) trailers.
That particular trailer is half roller and half skids.
We have the jump seat option in our 220, it doesnt match the observer seat like the old 210 did but fits perfectly in the walkthrough and used everytime the boat hits the water.

the only problem i have with rollers is that over time they'll start to put indentations in the bottom of your boat...

One would think that a correct craft hull would be strong enough not to dint?
My 220 trailer has the same "easy loader" setup. Most of the boat weight is sitting on the rear 4 skids.

Hey, how do you rate your spinner racks over, say, the stock flight clips? I've been rapt with my 'clips, maybe low-tech but bulletproof and absolutely functional, but have been advised to go spinners with the new 210.
Also, would they interfere with an undertower bimini?
Thx.

I've got a Ramlin trailer with the steel wheels - was looking at putting some nice aluminum ones on and called Ramlin to see if they had any suggestions - In the words from Ramlin - "Do not change those wheels to Aluminum - Trailer is not designed for it" - Oh Well - guess I'll polish the steel
How are you liking the wake compared to the old 210? How is it for surfing?

I have the spinner racks on my 07' 210. They are great for tucking the boards into the boat if it's needed, but I don't really use the spin function for storing the boards. If you slip with the bungee it will punch you in the face! Plus, it's not worth the extra steps just to throw a board up there. Might be a good idea if you have back problems, but boarding probably isn't a good idea if you have back problems...
